About Chris Zazo

Born in Akron, Ohio, Chris Zazo spent more than 35 years building businesses and lasting relationships in Akron and Dallas before making Naples, Florida, and Napa Valley, California, his home. His career began in the building materials industry and residential renovation before founding Aspenmark Roofing & Solar in Dallas, which grew into one of the nation’s fastest-growing roofing companies. Chris later became a founding partner of Restoration Builders, helping build one of the country’s leading national restoration organizations through strategic growth and acquisitions.

Chris is also the Founder and CEO of Hailstone Vineyards, a boutique Napa Valley winery celebrated for its handcrafted wines and exceptional hospitality. A passionate chef, foodie, and wine enthusiast, he believes great wine and exceptional cuisine create unforgettable experiences.

Today, Chris combines his expertise in construction, luxury living, and entrepreneurship to help clients confidently buy and sell exceptional properties throughout Naples. Whether representing waterfront residences, golf course estates, or investment properties, he offers trusted insight, an unwavering commitment to service, and a concierge-level experience tailored to each client’s goals.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Jessica, their Labradoodle, Dutton, and their Lab mix, Ainsley. Together, they share a passion for travel, skiing, golf, fine dining, and discovering remarkable wines from around the world.
